Grab your running shoes and join us for this family-friendly 5K event. Enjoy a children's area, refreshments, & door prizes. Medals will be awarded to the fastest runners in each age bracket, & our Traveling Cup will be awarded to the fastest-running team.

This is the second year that the race will take place at the Carney Island Recreation & Conservation Area in Ocklawaha, FL. The trail is an unpaved, well-groomed service road for park attendants. It meanders through classic Florida woods & meadows alongside swamp areas. There are views of Lake Weir along the southern portion & majestic live oaks grace the meadow areas.
