Suburban Mobile Home & RV Park has a quiet, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, making anyone want to call it “Home”.
It has towering shade trees, well-maintained grounds that offer a perfect environment for you to settle into for a visit or for a permanent place to live!
We offer 30 and 50 Amp spots for your RV’s , whether it be for a permanent residence, a part time tenant, a weekly, monthly or overnight tenant. We do not offer tent camping. We have basic cable, Wifi, water, electricity, sewer hook up and a storage area that is available to all tenants. Our laundry facility provides 2 washers and 2 dryers or if you prefer, we have clothes lines available for your use. All units must be self contained. Our restrooms are for emergency use only.
Suburban Mobile Home & RV Park is located in Central Florida, in a small community with easy access to a host of amenities and recreational opportunities such as Ocala Jai Alai, Silver Springs Attraction, Wild Waters, Appleton Museum, Disney World being within 2 hours from here, along with Busch Gardens, east coast beaches and west coast beaches. We are located 1 mile outside the city limits yet close enough to restaurants, shopping, golfing, doctor’s and hospitals. All of which are within an easy and quick reach.

There are activities for almost every night and/or day, which include but are not limited to Bingo, Texas Holdem nights, Karaoke, Pot Luck dinners, Birthday and Anniversary celebrations,crafts, horseshoes, bean bag toss, and more.
There is On-site Management for your convenience and in the event any emergency situation arises. However, we do have office hours and ask that you do respect their private time.
