Mill Dam Boat Ramp

Boat ramp access to Mill Dam Lake, a 210 acre lake in the Ocala National Forest. An easily accessed and popular fishing spot seven miles east of Silver Springs on SR 40.

Fees: $5 launch fee

Permit Info: Fishing - You must have a valid Florida Freshwater Fishing License.

Restrictions: If you're fishing, the regulations of the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission for freshwater fishing apply.

Directions: Follow SR 40 east from Silver Springs through Lynne and Forest Corners. The turnoff is well marked off SR 40 just as you pass Mill Dam Lake.

General Notes: The access road is used for both the boat ramp and recreation / group camping area. Take the first left off the access road to drive to the boat ramp.

Parking: Paved parking area. Self-pay kiosk at ramp.
