Gruff's Tap and Grille

Gruff’s Tap & Grille was established in 2008 and was originally located on the beautiful Rainbow river. After three short years we had outgrown our current location and had to make a move inland, to a gorgeous free-standing brick restaurant (formerly the Dinner Bell Restaurant), nestled inland between the

Rainbow and Withlacoochee rivers, directly across the street from A to Z Liquors and next door to the Dinner Bell Motel. Gruff’s is a dinner destination, we open our doors at 4 pm daily (with the exception of Sundays in which we open at noon). We have a beer, wine, liquor lounge & sports bar, two separate dining rooms, outside seating, as well as a 100 seat gorgeous banquet room.

Our Chef’s hand-cut our steaks, make fresh soups & sauces daily. You can also find one of them each morning at the local market hand picking the best vegetables available. Our famous barbecue is smoked on premise in one of our Ole Hickory Pit Smokers. We slow smoke all of our barbecue meats using a combination of hickory and white oak. We take pride in the quality of our tender, juicy barbecue , as well as with all of the entrees and items that we sell each day. It is our daily mission to provide a relaxed, enjoyable dining experience with only the best quality and freshest ingredients, while giving generous portioned entrees at great prices. Our atmosphere is very casual and friendly with exceptional service and hospitality.
