Overview
With 31 sites tucked in the shade of oaks and pines along shimmering Fore Lake, the Fore Lake Campground is a quiet spot for camping on the western edge of the Ocala National Forest.
Gates open 8 AM to 8 PM. Check In - 3PM Check Out - 11AM
Area Amenities: Tent camping, Camping trailer, Dump station, Picnic tables, Bathhouse with showers and flush toilets, Drinking water, Parking
Fees: $5 per vehicle day-use fee and $20 - $36 per camp site per night
Permit Info: Fishing You must have a valid Florida Freshwater Fishing License.
Restrictions: All Ocala National Forest campgrounds allow pets, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and are not permitted in designated swimming and picnicking areas. There is a maximum stay limit of 14 consecutive days in a 30 day period.
Boating - Non Motorized: No gasoline engines are permitted. Canoes welcome.
