The Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) facility is the premier swimming, training and competition venue in the Southeastern United States. Located in Ocala, the heart of Central Florida, FAST features an indoor 10-lane 50m/25yd competition pool and a 7-lane 50m/25yd/25m outdoor competition pool. Our training facility also features a 2,475 sq. ft. dryland fitness center providing an excellent opportunity to train out of the pool as well. With seating for up to 2,000 spectators, everyone enjoys the action while cheering on the competition.

DEDICATED TO INNOVATION AND EMPOWERMENT

FAST exists to empower our swimmers to reach their greatest potential for the betterment of the community as a whole. Our facility is equipped with top-tier equipment to train, host, and engage in recreational activities at the local, state, regional, and national level. We have developed the FAST Falcons Swim School to promote swimming education in our community for all ages. We also are home to the FAST Falcons, the official club swim team of FAST. The mission of the FAST Falcons is to promote overall swimming development while leading towards competitive excellence.
